Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://mrvicpowerwashing.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Mr Vic Power Washing markets and arranges Residential Power Washing, House Washing, Driveway Cleaning, Concrete Pressure Washing, Sidewalk Pressure Washing. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Mr Vic Power Washing or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
As-Is Basis. https://mrvicpowerwashing.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Mr Vic Power Washing makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation. In no event will Mr Vic Power Washing's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Mr Vic Power Washing from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by GA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in GA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Term Changes. Mr Vic Power Washing may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
